WildBloom&Koe Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy 

By choosing to pay, check out & book, you understand and are agreeing to all of the following:

Location, Delivery & Pickup

Local Clients (Tucson & Phoenix, AZ)

If you are located near Tucson or Phoenix you are responsible for dropping off your floral arrangement at the WildBloom&Koe address provided to you after booking.You must schedule a drop-off time by emailing info@wildbloomandkoe.com. Do not arrive without a scheduled appointment, as we may not be available to receive your flowers.You are also responsible for picking up your completed frame once it is ready.

 

Out-of-State Clients

If you are not local, you are responsible for overnight shipping your floral arrangement to WildBloom&Koe. Estimated shipping cost: $100–$400, depending on your location, shipping rates, and package weight. For a more accurate estimate, contact your local shipping provider and provide them with our ZIP code: 85704. Overnight shipping is required to ensure your flowers arrive in the best possible condition for preservation. If your wedding falls on a weekend and UPS or other mailing services are closed the next day, it is okay to wait until Monday to overnight the flowers. Keep them in fresh water in a cool room until shipping.

Flower Drop-Off & Shipping Policy

 

Once flowers are shipped, WildBloom&Koe cannot control conditions during transit. Weather, handling, and shipping delays may affect your arrangement.

Refund Policy for unworkable flowers

If you followed all shipping instructions and overnighted your bouquet, and we determine upon arrival that the flowers are not workable, you will receive a full refund for the cost of your selected frame. If you did not overnight your flowers and/or did not follow the instructions, and the flowers arrive unusable, no refund will be issued.WildBloom&Koe may be able to source replacement flowers if your originals are not pressable. This depends on seasonal availability. If replacement flowers are agreed upon, you are responsible for their cost. We will contact you to discuss options before proceeding.

 

Non-Floral Items

 

Please remove all pendants, ribbons, or other personal items before sending your bouquet. These items will not be included in the frame and may be discarded if sent. WildBloom&Koe is not responsible for any personal items mailed with your flowers.

Timeline

Floral preservation is an intricate process that typically takes 3–6 months to complete.The exact time will vary depending on the types of flowers, their required drying time, and current order volume.This estimate does not include shipping time for returning your completed frame if you are out of state.WildBloom&Koe will contact you when your frame is finished and ready for pickup or shipping.

Fees & Payment

 

Full payment for your selected frame(s) is due at booking. Your date is not secured until payment is made in full through our website checkout.We accept credit cards and offer Shop Pay for installment payments.You are responsible for all shipping charges, including: shipping fresh flowers to WildBloom&Koe (paid directly to your chosen carrier).Shipping and handling fees for returning your finished frame (calculated and added at checkout).Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Artistic Release

 

Your bouquet will be preserved in the condition it was received. Flowers that arrive wilted, browned, or dried may not be used.While we will consider your style preferences, we do not send photos for approval prior to completion. WildBloom&Koe reserves full artistic discretion in creating your frame. Dissatisfaction with artistic style is not grounds for a refund.Flowers may change color or shape during pressing. For example, white blooms often shift to cream/tan tones, creating a vintage look. Not all flowers will be used. Some may be unsuitable for pressing or may not fit in the final design.Extra flowers will not be returned. Artificial or pre-dried flowers cannot be pressed.

 

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

 

No cancellations or refunds are allowed after booking.Your booking reserves your date in our schedule, and we commit to preserving your flowers on that date.

 

Frames are packaged with care, but WildBloom&Koe is not liable for damage caused during shipping.If your frame arrives damaged, email info@wildbloomandkoe.com within 24 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find a resolution.Once your frame is in your possession, we are not responsible for any damage, and no changes or refunds will be offered. If your wedding date changes, notify WildBloom&Koe at least 1 month in advance.If your new date is available, you will be rescheduled at no extra cost. If your new date is unavailable, you will receive a refund minus the cost of the frame already purchased.
